Summer is cruising in fast and so are all the exciting details for this year’s Summer Harvest Festival! From planning meetings to pageants, 5K races, celebrity appearances, and an epic music lineup—here’s everything you need to know this week:

🗓 Join Us This Afternoon – Planning Meeting at Town Hall

We’re gathering TODAY, Tuesday, June 11th at 4:30 PM at Town Hall in Romney for our next Summer Harvest Festival Planning Meeting. If you’ve been thinking about getting involved, this is a great opportunity to meet the team, ask questions, and learn about the areas where we need volunteer support. From helping with logistics to assisting with festival zones—there’s a role for everyone!

👑 Sweet Summer Harvest Pageant Application Now Available

We’re excited to announce that applications for the Sweet Summer Harvest Pageant are now live! The pageant will take place on Saturday, July 27th at 3 PM, and you can now download the application directly from our website. Once completed, please submit your entry to April Duncan at aprilduncan1@icloud.com.

👟 Summer Harvest 5K Registration is Open

Lace up those running shoes! The Summer Harvest 5K is now accepting registrations for its scenic run through downtown Romney on Saturday, August 2nd. Kids under 10 run FREE, but we do ask that all participants register ahead of time to ensure accurate counts and event t-shirts for everyone.

🚘 Heather Storm Joins the Full Throttle Summer Harvest Festival & Car Show

We are beyond excited to welcome Heather Storm to this year’s Full Throttle Summer Harvest Festival & Car Show on Saturday, August 2nd!

Heather is a nationally recognized TV Personality, Producer, and Car Enthusiast known for hosting shows like Garage Squad (MotorTrend TV), Street Tuner Challenge (SpeedTV), and Drive Yourself Local—her own travel series in a classic 1965 Ford Mustang. She’s also appeared on Jay Leno’s Garage and continues to MC major car shows across the country.
