Meet the Pageant Director

April Duncan is the wife of Johnny and a proud mom to Peyton and Cam. Family has always been the heart of her life and the inspiration behind everything she does.

Her journey into the pageant world began in 2010 when her daughter Peyton entered her first pageant at just five years old. What started as a fun experience between mother and daughter quickly grew into a lasting passion. Not long after, her son Cam joined in as well. Cam participated in his first pageant alongside Peyton and continued competing until he was eight years old, making pageants a special experience the whole family shared together.

In 2012, April began hosting pageants of her own, creating events where contestants could feel confident, celebrated, and valued.

Today, Peyton proudly serves as April’s co-host. Peyton is now married to her husband Conner and is currently pursuing her dream of becoming a nurse while continuing the special pageant tradition she started with her mom.

April and Johnny are also the proud parents of their son Cam. After a life-changing brain injury, Cam continues to inspire those around him with his strength and resilience. His journey has deepened April’s passion for uplifting others and reminding people that every life has incredible value.

For April, pageants have never been just about crowns and titles. She believes everyone is special in their own way, and she loves creating a space where people feel seen, encouraged, and celebrated.

Through her pageants and through life, April’s goal is simple: to help others recognize their worth and to make them feel truly special.
