Summer Harvest Festival Parking and Bus Stop Information

The Hampshire County Summer Harvest Festival returns to downtown Romney July 31 through August 2, with activities happening at locations throughout town.


Designated public parking areas will be available throughout festival weekend. Festival buses will operate on Saturday, August 1 only, helping visitors travel between parking areas and major event locations.


Public Parking Lots

Festival visitors may park at the following locations:

  • Empty lot next to the car wash

    25038 Northwestern Turnpike

  • Old Walgreens

    150 W. Main Street, Romney, WV 26757

  • Old Elementary School

    45 School Street, Romney, WV 26757

  • Corner Lot

    215 W. Birch Lane, Romney, WV 26757

  • Senior Center

    280 School Street, Romney, WV 26757

  • WVSDB lots off Antigo Place

    Brannon Building, 301 E. Main Street, Romney, WV 26757


Saturday, August 1st | Bus Stops

Bus service will be available Saturday only with stops near several major festival areas:

  • Lot next to the car wash

  • Big Car Show at the WVSDB

  • WVSDB entrance near the new memorial

  • Corner of the Bank of Romney Community Center near the food and craft vendors

  • Intersection of High Street and Main Street/Route 50

  • Hampshire County Public Library


The route will help connect visitors with the car show, vendor areas, library activities, downtown events and other festival locations.


Plan Ahead

Please review the parking and bus route map before arriving, allow extra time for traffic and follow all posted signs and directions from festival volunteers.


Remember: Parking lots are available throughout festival weekend, but buses will only run on Saturday, August 1.
