After an unforgettable 2025 Summer Harvest Festival, we’re wasting no time—applications for 2026 vendors are now officially OPEN! 

Whether you’re a returning favorite or a new face ready to make your mark, we invite you to be part of one of West Virginia’s most anticipated summer celebrations in downtown Romney.

2025 Was Our Biggest Year Yet!

Last year, thousands filled the streets of Romney to enjoy an incredible lineup of vendors, performers, classic cars, reenactments, live music, and more. Our vendor community truly brought the charm, creativity, and flavor that made the entire weekend something special. We’re still in awe of the amazing energy, handcrafted goods, family-owned food trucks, and smiling faces lining every block.

And now… we’re ready to do it even bigger in 2026.

Friday, July 31 – Sunday, August 2, 2026 Vendor setup and early programming begins earlier in the week, so stay tuned for full scheduling!

Calling all culinary creators! From barbecue to baked goods, tacos to lemonade, we welcome a variety of food vendors to serve up the flavor during the festival weekend.

• Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Our vendor managers will review your application and follow up with next steps.

• Once approved, you'll receive an invoice. Your space is only confirmed when payment is made in full.

• Food vendors: Be sure to submit all necessary permits and health documents to finalize your participation.
