2024 Sweet Summer Harvest Pageant

• Doors open at 4:00 for instruction.
• Open to all
• A $35.00 application fee ($5 discount if multiple children registered) includes dress type of choice. Unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated. The Stage will be set up in “W” formation. Doors will open at 4pm for instruction on the process for the pageant. The first division will begin at 6:00pm. If there are not enough contestants in each age group, we will combine them. There will be a winner in each age group: the winner will receive a crown, sash, and flowers. 1st and 2nd Runner up will receive an award.

Age Groups Are:

• Baby: 0-23 Months
• Wee: 2-3
• Tiny: 4-5
• Little: 6-7
• Prince: 0-6
• King: 7 - 12
• Princess: 8-10
• Pre-Teen:11-12
• Teen: 13-16
• Miss: 17 & 21

Candidates will be judged in formal dress wear (dress wear of choice)

Spectator Fee: $5.00, Contestants and children under 4 are free to watch the pageant.

Rules and Regulations: 1. Candidates must be between the ages of 0-Up by the day of the competition. Proof of age may be requested. The age group will depend on the candidate’s age on the day of the competition. 2. Candidates will be judged in formal dress wear (dress wear of choice)

3. Clothing with inappropriate slogans or illustrations will not be permitted. 4. Parents and guests will have to pay a spectator fee of $5.00. Children under 4 years old are free. 5. Scoring will be on poise, posture, personality, projection, and overall appearance. 6. Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. 7. The deadline to enter is July 20th, 2024 a. Applications received after July 20th, 2024, will be accepted with a late fee of $10.00. 8. $35.00 registration fee Dress wear. 9. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. * We ask that Winners please be present at the end of the Pageant for a group photo. * You and your child agree to not hold the WV school for the blind and deaf school, the Miss/Mr. Sweet Summer Harvest Pageant, affiliates, volunteers, and directors responsible for any dents or injuries that may occur.

Winners are welcome to attend the event throughout the weekend. ***No Refunds*** unless cancelled.
